What to do in case of an accident:

• Remain Calm and check for injuries.  Life and health are more important than damage to vehicles.
• Make Notes about damage to any vehicles involved.
• Get The Facts and details at the scene.  Write down the name, telephone numbers and drivers license number of any other drivers involved.  Get their insurance company name and policy number.  Record the license plate numbers and a description of the vehicle.  Jot down the names of anyone who witnessed the accident.
• Call the Police to file an accident report, even if the accident is minor.  Request medical assistance if necessary.  Don't leave the scene before the police arrive.  A police report may be required by state or local law.
• Don't Admit Fault in the accident and discuss the details only with the police or our claims staff.  If you are contacted by the other persons insurance company or an attorney simply refer them to your Claims Representative.
